An infrastructure-based application leveraging edge computing and custom-built machine learning models to give oncoming vehicles advanced “sight” of an intersection or road segment.  With this advanced “sight,”  autonomous and semi-autonomous systems and human drivers can safely plan their approach.  Our goal for this connected vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2X) technology is to advance pedestrian, cyclist, and traffic safety, advance the safety case for autonomous vehicles, and to achieve these goals in a way that protects privacy.
